Chloe Moretz, Jackie Earle Haley and Bailee Madison are attached to star alongside Kristen Bell in indie black comedy Dance of the Mirlitons.

Evan Greenberg wrote the script and is directing with Daniel Dubiecki and Joel Michaely producing. Joe Kline will also be involved in some producing capacity.

The story centers on an ambitious, slightly overweight ballerina with an overbearing mother (Bell) who will stop at nothing to become a star. The girl enters a Mean Girls-type environment when she has to prove her worth in class.

Showrunner Matt Miller interview, ‘Human Target’ on FOX

Monsters and Critics posted an interview with the new show runner for this season of Human Target, Matt Miller. In it he basically says they are aware people are not happy with the new theme song but they are too far ahead on episode filming/editing to do anything about it -and they expect the audience to overlook the absence of Bear McCreary (honestly, that’s a lot to ask for). He also mentions that the reason we don’t see Carmine as much is because the dog that plays him needs to improve his acting skills.

Check out the source for this article: Comic-Con: ‘Human Target’ gets a new boss, on and off-screen. It’s a pretty nice summary of the Human Target panel at the 2010 San Diego Comic Con. My favorite bit:

Haley was delighted to see a female audience member dressed as Guererro – complete with handlebar mustache, and invited her on stage for all to see.

“This is a trip, man,” said Haley. “I’ve seen a lot of Rorshachs and Freddies, but this is the first Guerrero I’ve seen.”

The women then went back to the front of the Q&A line and asked – somewhat sheepishly, now that she had been up close and personal with the stars, and the room knew what she looked like – “What would Guererro do if a guy were into him?”

McBride was pleased to see his co-star put on the spot, and after a moment’s thought, Haley said, “I have to stick to what makes Guerrero so interesting: we’re going to have leave that a mystery.”

“Well-played, Number Two,” McBride told him.

“Season three, you’ll get your answer,” Haley promised.

I seriously need to see pictures of this cosplay, anyone out there care to help a girl out?
